YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

Pursuant to the Uniform Athlete Agent Act (UAAA) as adopted by the State of Ohio (R.C. Chapter 4771), you have the right to cancel your Athlete Representation Agreement with Echelon Media Sports LLC d/b/a N.I.L.E.M.S. within TEN (10) DAYS after the date you signed the agreement.
HOW TO CANCEL

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER CANCELLATION
Section titled “WHAT HAPPENS AFTER CANCELLATION”- Agreement is void — NILEMS will no longer act as your agent
- Pending deals not yet executed will be discontinued
- Completed deals — compensation obligations remain in effect
- School notification — NILEMS will notify your school within 72 hours
- No penalty — no cancellation fee or penalty
- Materials returned — within 15 business days
